Front Entry Doors
"I can't believe that's not wood!" We would have to
agree.
From our perspective, we will not sell wooden exterior doors because
they are not energy efficient and are subject to shrinking and swelling with moisture. Steel doors have insulated
cores, but still tend to conduct cold in the winter, heat in the summer, and they dent
easily. Many of our customers love the look of a rich mahogany or oak stained front entry door, so we set out to
find the best looking, energy-efficient alternative to a wooden entry door available. After researching their products and touring the factory, we decided to carry
the Therma-Tru brand of fiberglass entry doors exclusively.
More about door
designs.

Therma-Tru makes the most
energy-efficient doors, with many styles to choose from, and the
quality of construction is second to none. For example, the frame of the
door (called jambs) are prone to wicking water up off the threshold and rotting out the inner frame.
Ninety percent of the doors that we replace fail because of this. Therma-Tru secures the bottom of the jamb with a
water-repelling composite material to prevent this from happening to your door.
We can also provide a professional custom stain or
paint application in color of your choice. There are 12 different stain finishes, and 40 standard colors of paint
to choose from. Or, we can also match any Benjamin Moore brand of paint color that you request. Your entry doors
are special ordered for you.
